We are seeking a strong and effective leader who can build on the success achieved by our highly regarded retiring Chief Executive. To maintain the Association’s innovative and progressive approach, whilst steering us through these difficult times. Leadership abilities to sustain Lincs Rural’s outstanding team culture are essential to take over management of the organisation and its Staff.

Lincs Rural is a high performing Platinum Investor in People, and an IIP 2020 awards Finalist. As a specialist housing association, we provide affordable social homes in the smaller rural areas to help sustain these communities. We are well-established and financially viable providing long-term security for a committed staff team, who are  supported by an enthusiastic and experienced Board. We are particularly proud of our excellent performance in service delivery, involving partnership working with our Tenants and Stakeholders. Our new Chief Executive must embrace our founding principles and demonstrate a desire for the long term commitment to remain as an independent association.

The Chief Executive role is varied, demanding, but very rewarding. We have carefully planned the recruitment and selection process to provide an opportunity for candidates to demonstrate their experience and suitability for the position.
